After a period of accelerating completion of homes to be handed over to residents before the Lunar New Year, in Q1 2025, GBplus successfully completed the final works for Block 7A2 in the River Park 2 area of the Aqua City project in Đồng Nai, and worked alongside the investor Novaland to facilitate the handover process for residents.
River Park 2 is one of the standout sectors of Aqua City, designed with inspiration from the beautiful coastal city of Valencia, Spain. Aqua City aims to gradually build a livable city, promoting the shift to satellite urban areas, alleviating pressure on central cities like Ho Chi Minh City and Biên Hòa. At the same time, it is set to become a city of art and beauty, where fashion, art, architecture, and health converge, offering unique and distinctive experiences.
The project was re-launched and resumed in August 2024. To date, it has officially entered the handover phase to the investor. Feedback from the staged handovers to customers has been very positive, with residents expressing satisfaction with the quality of construction and praising the timely progress made by the investor. GBplus’ efforts to meet stringent safety, quality, and progress requirements have been highly valued by the investor and have contributed to improving the quality of life for future residents of the project.
