In April 2025, at GBplus headquarters, Green Building Plus (GBplus) and Nguyen & Brothers Law Firm (NBLaw) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 
, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership 
to provide comprehensive legal solutions for the construction and development of green building projects.

This MOU reflects a shared commitment to establishing a solid and sustainable legal foundation 
for GBplus’s operations in the construction industry. NBLaw will accompany GBplus in reviewing and advising on legal issues related to contracts

, and support in resolving legal matters that may arise 
during construction and operation phases. Additionally, the two parties aim to initiate internal training activities 
to enhance legal awareness among GBplus staff 
, empowering them to act with greater confidence and compliance in their day-to-day work.
