On July 18, 2025,Green Building Plus (GBplus) proudly held its 10th Anniversary Celebration (July 17, 2015 – July 17, 2025) under the theme “BUILDING A GREEN & THRIVING DECADE,” in a warm, intimate atmosphere filled with pride and emotions.
10 years is not only a milestone in the journey of building and growing, but also a testament to the determination, unity, maturity, and relentless efforts of the entire GBplus team. Through every project and construction, and even the challenges we have overcome together, GBplus has proven its resilience on the journey to becoming a professional, reputable Design & Build General Contractor. More than just building projects, we have contributed to shaping living and working spaces, enhancing quality of life, and bringing sustainable values to communities and society.
In the joyful and uplifting atmosphere of the ceremony, all GBplusers looked back at the 10-year journey of GBplus through memorable images and stories. The hall was filled with pride and excitement as everyone sang the company’s traditional song “We Are Green Building,” with bright smiles and sparkling eyes reflecting the shared happiness.
In a heartfelt speech, CEO Tran Buu Long shared the original vision behind the company’s name Green Building Plus– a desire to “greenify” projects in design, construction, and operation, optimizing the use of energy and resources, minimizing negative impacts on the environment, and improving the quality of life for end users.
He emphasized:
“At GBplus, we bring together people who embody integrity and professionalism, building projects with care, precision, and the pursuit of excellence down to the smallest detail. True quality is not about what others can see, but about doing things right, even when no one is watching. It is this unseen integrity that creates a true difference in class and value.”
The event also honored outstanding individuals, departments, and project teams for the first half of 2025 and awarded the winning team of the “GBplus 10th Anniversary Puzzle Challenge,” bringing moments of excitement and connection to all participants. The success of GBplus today cannot be separated from the trust and companionship of our valued Clients and Partners. You are the ones who have placed your faith in us and given us the motivation to keep moving forward.
