On the morning of October 30, 2025, GreenBuilding Construction & Design Solutions JSC (GBplus) successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Kita Võ Văn Kiệt Sale Gallery located at 69–79–89 Võ Văn Kiệt Boulevard, An Lạc Ward, Bình Tân District.
Situated along the vital arterial route connecting the western area with downtown Ho Chi Minh City, the ceremony marks an important milestone and the beginning of a key real estate project at the western gateway of the city.
At this project, GBplus takes on the role of Main Contractor, responsible for structural works, finishing, MEP systems, internal infrastructure, and landscaping.
The Kita Võ Văn Kiệt Project is a mixed-use development of commercial, service, and residential functions, covering a total area of over 5,000 square meters. The project is planned to feature a variety of modern amenities including a sky-view swimming pool, multi-purpose sports area, green open spaces, and a bustling shopping center — creating a harmonious balance between peaceful living and the vibrant rhythm of modern urban life.

The Sale Gallery building is an essential component supporting the Investor’s marketing and sales activities in the near future. It is designed to provide customers with a convenient and comfortable space for visiting, working, evaluating, and experiencing the project’s real estate products. It will also serve as a reception area, rest space, event venue, and community hub, enhancing the overall customer experience at the project.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place in a formal and enthusiastic atmosphere, attended by KITA Group’s Board of Directors, the Project Management Team, main contractor GBplus, along with partners and suppliers.
Representatives from KITA Group – GBplus, together with subcontractors and all staff members at the construction site, took turns offering incense to pray for smooth progress, safety, and success throughout the project.
The delegates together performed the sand-shoveling ceremony, symbolizing a lucky and prosperous beginning. The ritual was accompanied by celebratory fireworks, creating an atmosphere of excitement and marking the official commencement of the package.
The roaring sounds of excavators and concrete mixer trucks echoed across the site, symbolizing the power of construction and reaffirming GBplus’s commitment to ensuring both progress and quality of the project.
The representative of the main contractor, GBplus, presented sun-protective safety helmets to the workers — the team directly involved in on-site construction. This meaningful gesture reflects the company’s care for employees’ health and working conditions, while also expressing gratitude for the silent dedication and contributions of all workers and construction teams.
