After a period of constructing the underground and superstructure packages for The Marc 88 Office – Commercial – Service Building, with a scale of 04 basement levels and 28 above-ground floors, GBplus has officially completed and handed over the project, enabling the Investor to put it into operation in December 2025.
The Marc 88 – a contemporary icon in the western part of the Capital – has been completed on schedule, marking a new milestone in architecture, quality, and operational standards. Inspired by the traditional image of the “Vietnamese bamboo”, the refined aluminum fins running along the façade blend harmoniously with the surrounding glass envelope and the distinctive “sky garden” system, creating a proud, soaring form—an evocative metaphor for a vision of prosperity rising alongside the nation.
1️⃣ THE CONSTRUCTION JOURNEY: AFFIRMING THE GBPLUS SPIRIT AND CAPABILITY
Throughout the construction process, the Project Management Team has consistently placed the highest priority on:

GBplus commenced construction of the structural works in mid-May 2024. After nearly 13 months of intensive construction, the project has:

After nearly 400 days of construction, GBplus completed 31,789 m² of floor area, with nearly 100 engineers and workers operating continuously in three shifts per day. The Project Management Team successfully overcame numerous major challenges:
