🌱 WHEN EACH DAY BECOMES A SEED SOWN ON THE JOURNEY OF CREATION
▪️ There are moments when we need to slow down a little.
▪️ Not to stop, but to listen to our own journey.
▪️ The end of the year is always such a moment — quiet yet profound, simple yet touching the truest parts within each of us.
▪️ Over the past year, amid projects taking shape,
▪️ Amid drawings revised dozens of times,
▪️ Amid late nights racing against deadlines,
We have come to realize that:
Strength does not come from what shines brightly. 🐎
Strength comes from what is silent — yet persistent. 🏃
▪️ There are days when you walk lightly.
▪️ There are days when your legs are tired and your heart feels heavy.
▪️ But it is often on the days when we feel like giving up that we see our inner strength most clearly — just like a seed that can only break through after going through darkness.
1. Each person – a seed of goodness
A kind word.
A nod of understanding.
A timely moment of encouragement.
An extra effort to support an overwhelmed teammate.
These small things, quietly done, have shaped the GBplus of today.
A company does not grow from sudden, extraordinary acts.
A company grows from hearts that strive together, a little more each day.
2. Challenges – gifts we sometimes fail to recognize
Challenges do not come to make us step back.
Challenges come to remind us that we are growing.
Looking back on the road we have traveled:
• There were times we were tired, but we did not leave one another behind.
• There were times it was difficult, but we chose to stand up together.
• There were moments when we felt we did not have enough strength, yet we found reasons to continue.
Sometimes, connection is not measured by happy days,
but by how we hold each other’s hands on the hardest days.
3. Replanting trust – in the gentlest way
The end of the year is not an ending.
It is a pause, so we can see how far we have come,
and to remind ourselves that:
• There are still many beautiful things ahead.
• There are many dreams waiting to be nurtured.
• There are many values we can continue to create together.
Let us keep in our hearts:

🍃 A little perseverance
🍃 A little hope
🍃 And a whole lot of kindness
Because every day we live by these values,
is a day we are sowing good seeds for ourselves and for one another.
The most beautiful thing is not what has been achieved…
but the journey we have walked together.
