🏗 On the morning of January 19, 2026, in an exciting and solemn atmosphere, Green Building Design & Construction Solutions Joint Stock Company (GBplus) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the CT1 building of the IEC Residences Vinh Phuc Project (housing within the Vinh Phuc Trade Union Infrastructure Complex), located at Ba Thien Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen District, Phu Tho Province.
At this project, GBplus serves as the main contractor, responsible for the structural works and finishing of the CT1 building, as well as the construction of various tanks and the box culvert drainage system.
⛰ IEC Residences Vinh Phuc is a project developed by IEC Corp as the investor, built under the social housing model and planned on a land area of 19,355 m², with a construction density of 39.04%. The project has a total gross floor area of 111,126 m², comprising four 15-storey high-rise towers and providing 1,337 apartments.
In particular, CT1 Tower has a total construction floor area of 27,840 m² and is located within Ba Thien Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc. The project is oriented to become a model residential complex, fully equipped with amenities to meet housing demands and mark the beginning of a journey toward developing a modern, well-planned social housing community.
