On Saturday morning, March 7, 2026, the GBplus family gathered for a warm and meaningful get-together to celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8) – a day dedicated to honoring the wonderful women in the company.
At GBplus, every woman is like a flower with her own unique color and beauty. Some are gentle like orchids, some shine brightly like sunflowers, while others are graceful like lotus flowers… Each personality and each unique charm blends together to create a vibrant and lively “GBplus flower garden.”
Beyond building sustainable projects together, GBplus is also proud to have talented and dedicated women – beautiful blossoms who help make the team stronger, brighter, and continuously growing. 🌸
In the construction industry, with its many unique characteristics, most women at GBplus take on logistics and office roles, quietly supporting the smooth operation of projects and construction works. However, on the front lines of the projects, there are always “strong women” who contribute their intelligence and resilience every day: from those who bring projects to the company, structural analysis engineers, to female HSSE safety supervisors on construction sites, as well as female engineers and even women workers directly involved in construction. 🌸
Whether in the office or out on the construction site, each person plays an important role in the journey of building GBplus’s green – sustainable – high-quality projects.
During today’s program, GBplus presented small but meaningful gifts to its “flowers”, as a sincere token of appreciation for the contributions, dedication, and positive energy that the women bring every day. 🌸
The atmosphere of the program became even more lively with the game “Blooming Flowers – Creative Assembly Challenge.”
Teams showcased their creativity and dexterity as they worked together to craft beautiful voile flowers. Regardless of the final results, what truly remained were the laughter, excitement, and the strong spirit of connection among everyone. 🌸
The game activity also provided a great opportunity for members to bond more closely, chat with one another, and share stories from both work and daily life. More importantly, it was also a chance for staff from the office and colleagues working at construction sites to meet face-to-face.
In daily work, many people collaborate very closely but mostly communicate through online platforms, emails, or phone calls. However, geographical distance has never reduced the effectiveness of their coordination — departments, as well as the office and construction sites, continue to work in harmony and unity toward the common goals of GBplus. 🌸
