On the morning of July 9, 2026, in Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City, GBplus—with approval from the Developer, TTD HOPE House Development Co., Ltd.—successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Social Housing Project within the Cau Rao 2 Urban Area, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.
At this project, GBplus is honored to be selected by the Developer as the Main Contractor for the structural construction of two residential blocks, CT3 and CT4. This marks another significant milestone in GBplus’s growth journey within the high-rise social housing segment.
The Social Housing Project is located in the core planning area of the Cau Rao 2 Urban Area, featuring a prime location adjacent to the vital artery of Bui Vien Street. This strategic position offers seamless traffic connectivity to the city center and surrounding districts. Spanning a total scale of 7.31 hectares, the project comprises four 15-story apartment blocks with a total construction floor area of approximately 153,616.5 sq.m. It will supply roughly 1,880 apartments alongside 68 shophouse units. Designed with a modern master plan, comprehensive amenities, and a seamless blend of fresh eco-living with unique green architecture, the development promises a healthy and civilized living environment for its future residents.
With this project, the Developer, TTD, demonstrates a clear vision that goes beyond creating landmark commercial real estate developments across Vietnam; it also focuses on driving projects that generate true community value and social significance—providing modern, fully equipped homes for the residents of Hai Phong. Amid rapid urbanization, housing is no longer just a basic need, but a key factor driving sustainable development and urban growth, helping shape vibrant, modern, and harmoniously developed communities.
Structural completion is scheduled for March 2027.
