Accordingly, GBplus is honored to be trusted and selected by the Investor – IEC Vinh Phuc Joint Stock Company as the construction contractor for the Housing Project within the Trade Union Institutional Complex at Ba Thien Industrial Park (IEC Residences Vinh Phuc). The awarded package includes the construction of the structural framework and finishing works of Building CT1, as well as various tanks and the box culvert drainage system.
🏗 IEC Residences Vinh Phuc is a social housing project located in Ba Thien Industrial Park, Binh Tuyen Commune, Phu Tho Province (formerly Ba Hien Town, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province), planned on a total land area of 27,840 m².
The project enjoys a significant advantage thanks to its direct access to a national highway, enabling rapid regional connectivity and convenient access to key educational, medical, tourism, and well-known destinations such as Dai Lai Lake, Tam Dao, and Truc Lam Tay Thien Zen Monastery.
