GBPLUS NEWS - COMPLETION OF A NEW LOOK AT HOA PHU

[ PROJECT PROGRESS UPDATE ]

Starting from early February 2024, after a period of active construction, the Sales Gallery and Mock-up House at the Hòa Phú Urban Area project have completed structural and rough finishing works. Efforts are now focused on final finishes and the electrical system to facilitate handover and customer visits in June 2024.

The Sales Gallery and Mock-up House in the Hòa Phú Urban Area cover a total area of 26.7 hectares, situated just 1 km from Bình Dương’s administrative center. The Sales Gallery, with its modern architectural design, seamlessly integrates architecture, landscape, and nature within the urban environment. It will serve as a customer reception point for project tours, as well as a center for showcasing and transacting high-end real estate at Hòa Phú Urban Area.

🤝🤝 In partnership with the Investor, GBplus acts as the main contractor, responsible for construction, finishing, electrical system, and landscaping works for the Sales Gallery and Mock-up House. In the coming period, the GBplus site management team will focus on completing the remaining finishing and electrical works, while accelerating the pace of façade and technical infrastructure construction to minimize weather-related challenges as the rainy season approaches.

With dedication, commitment, and responsibility from the GBplus Site Management Team, the project is progressing on schedule, meeting safety and quality standards. At this current pace, the project will soon be completed and operational. The unveiling of the Sales Gallery and Mock-up House will give the project a refreshed appearance, enhancing the customer experience with tangible interaction during the real estate selection process. This initiative reflects the Investor’s efforts to elevate service quality, ready to meet all demands and emerging market preferences.
