After a period of implementing the Architectural and Landscape Finishing package for the Phat Dat Office Building project, which consists of four basements and ten floors, GBplus’s project management team is steadily progressing toward the completion according to the timeline set by the Investor.
The construction team has been working diligently and precisely. With skilled, experienced, and disciplined GBplus workers, the work is advancing to meet the investor’s timeline requirements.
Currently, the project management team is mobilizing resources to focus on the finishing phase of the project. The structural framework has been completed, and finishing work for the basements is ongoing. Simultaneously, steel structure installation and utility landscaping are also being carried out.
Mastic and Painting Work are being continuously executed to maintain the project timeline.
Throughout the construction process, the project management team emphasizes ensuring quality and safety, collaborating closely with other contractors, such as M&E contractors, to stay aligned with the plans set by the project management board. Additionally, GBplus frequently collaborates with subcontractors to conduct safety workshops and training sessions on new construction methods. Mock-ups are also implemented to meet technical requirements, enhance expertise, and maintain the highest quality standards for the project.
Building high-rise structures in central city areas—where space is limited, and construction density is high—poses challenges in organizing construction activities while ensuring environmental and safety standards. However, this also serves as an opportunity for the project management team to demonstrate GBplus’s professionalism, expertise, and determination.
