GBPLUS WINS GREEN SPACE – GREEN CORNER COMPETITION

On October 26, 2023, the Phu Nhuan District People’s Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Nhuan District (Ho Chi Minh City) jointly held a summary conference and award ceremony for the “Green Corner – Green Space” competition. The event also featured an exhibition showcasing award-winning projects linked to environmental protection activities. ️ GBplus Design & Construction Solutions Co., Ltd. was honored to receive a Consolation Prize in the business and commercial establishment category. This recognition was unexpected, given that most of the participants and winners in this category were well-known garden cafes in Phu Nhuan and Ho Chi Minh City, such as Miền Đồng Thảo, Du Miên, Sol Retreat Cafe, Tami Cafe, and An Nhiên Cafe. These establishments boast strengths in garden landscapes, expansive green spaces, and eye-catching décor that attract customers.

GBplus Office: Designed in the Green Office Style

Although located in a typical office building with a reinforced concrete structure, aluminum-glass façade, and limited space, GBplus’s Green Office design still successfully embodied the competition’s “Green Space” theme. This design emphasized creating a sustainable lifestyle in harmony with nature.

New green areas were developed based on creative ideas and the use of sustainable and recycled materials for decoration and finishing. This Green Office concept was implemented not only at GBplus’s headquarters but also at project management offices in the company’s construction projects.

GBplus also focused on raising awareness and changing employee behavior, encouraging effective resource use, adopting the 3R strategy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), and practicing sustainable consumption. The aim was to reduce costs and environmental impact while fostering a healthy, eco-friendly working environment.
