NEWS | GBPLUS AWARDED CONTRACT FOR LOW-RISE HOUSING AT MOZZADISO SUBDIVISION – MY GIA URBAN AREA – NHA TRANG

In early September 2025, GBplus was officially selected as the Main Contractor for the structural works and exterior finishing of 32 shophouses in the Mozzadiso subdivision (Package 06) of the My Gia Urban Area project in Nha Trang.

The My Gia Urban Area Project – Nha Trang, developed by KVG Group, is located in Vinh Thai Ward, Nha Trang City. At the heart of the development lies Mozzadiso, facing the tranquil Quan Truong River. Covering a total planned area of approximately 12 hectares, the project impresses not only with its prime location at the western gateway of the coastal city but also with its master-planned layout and well-structured design.

Conceived under the model of a “green resort-style urban area”, the project features distinct functional subdivisions that flexibly meet the needs of living, leisure, and business. In particular, Mozzadiso is crafted to premium standards, inspired by Mediterranean architecture, blending modern living spaces with ecological landscapes. With a low construction density of only 35–40%, it serves as a clear testament to the vision of developing a modern, sustainable, and green urban area — a place where quality living and long-term value converge.

GBplus’s continued selection as contractor for this project demonstrates the trust and recognition of the Investor in the company’s construction capabilities and quality execution in the low-rise residential sector. With dedication and proven experience in building low-rise housing and luxury resort developments, GBplus has reinforced its strong market position through signature projects such as: Aqua City – River Park 2 subdivision, NovaWorld Ho Tram – Wonderland subdivision, Zeigeist Metro City, and Richland Thuan Loi.

Following the receipt of the Letter of Award (LOA) for the project, the GBplus Project Management Board promptly organized a Kick-off Meeting to provide an overview of the project and present detailed plans for implementation. The meeting covered organizational arrangements, construction schedules, procurement, financial planning, manpower, and equipment mobilization. These preparations are aimed at ensuring smooth execution, meeting the required progress, and achieving the handover milestone to the Investor by February 2026, prior to the Lunar New Year.
