On May 10, 2021, GBplus officially started to deploy the Package of Structural Construction and Exterior Finishing of Residential Area in Cluster A31 of Zeitgeist Metrocity Nha Be Project in Nhon Duc Commune – Phuoc Kieng Commune, District Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has a total area of ​​23,460 m2. Clubhouse A31 – Zeitgeist Metrocity is expected to be completed and handed over and put into use in early 2023. According to the contract signed with the General Contractor VIKO P&C, GBcons will undertake the construction of Club House Community Building. , 22 Semi Villas, 15 Single Villas; 11 Townhouses in Area A31 of the project.
