In the first quarter of 2024, GBplus officially completed the handover of 29 houses within the Social Housing Area at the Richland Residence project in Binh Duong. These properties were handed over to the Investor (Thuan Loi Investment and Development Corporation), the Development and Distribution Unit (Kim Oanh Real Estate Group), and the new residents, marking the first completed residential area of this project.
This success stems from the use of advanced construction techniques, modern equipment, and the relentless efforts of GBplus’s team of supervisors, engineers, and workers, who accelerated the project timeline. Demonstrating responsibility and enthusiasm, GBplus had previously delivered 19 houses to the investor and residents before Lunar New Year 2024. Currently, families have moved into their new homes, breathing life and color into the Hoa Loi Ward area in Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province.
The Richland Residence spans 15.46 hectares, designed with an impressive range of modern amenities such as a central park, school, multi-sport areas, community spaces, and children’s playgrounds. This has created a fresh, peaceful living environment right in the heart of Ben Cat, near the new center of Binh Duong City. With focused resources and efforts for completion, the project successfully met its deadline, ensuring safety, quality, and aesthetic standards, earning high praise from the investor.
