After nearly two months since the groundbreaking ceremony, despite facing numerous challenges in materials and manpower due to the pandemic, the GBplus Site Management Team has made relentless efforts to stay on schedule and complete the foundation work for 104 houses in Zones 7A1 and 7A4 of the Aqua Waterfront City project – The Valencia subarea.
☀ The April sunshine blends with the bustling pace on GBplus construction sites. The GBplus project management team consistently meets the committed timelines with the general contractor Nova E&C and the investor Novaland while ensuring quality and safety on-site.
🚧 At the construction site, alongside continuing the above-ground floors, tower cranes are being rapidly installed by the team, reaching higher each day to accelerate the project’s progress. This also enhances safety, minimizes operational risks, and improves quality control and supervision.
🏞 The River Park II subdivision (formerly known as The Valencia) spans an area of 64.5 hectares and is part of the Aqua Waterfront City project. Located in Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, this smart eco-urban area is designed with a synchronized plan, incorporating all elements of a miniature city to elevate the quality of life for its residents. As the construction contractor, GBplus is tasked with structural work, basic finishing, and MEP for 104 townhouses, including 68 units in Zone 7A4 and 36 units in Zone 7A1, within the River Park II subdivision of the Aqua Waterfront City project.
