On the morning of May 20, 2026, in a joyful and solemn atmosphere, GBplus Green Building Construction & Design Solutions Joint Stock Company (GBplus) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of CT.04 Building, part of the IEC Residences Vinh Phuc Project (Residential Area within the Vinh Phuc Trade Union Institutional Complex), located in Ba Thien Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen District, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam.
The ceremony marks the next milestone in the partnership between GBplus, serving as the Main Contractor, and IEC Corp, the Project Developer. It also reaffirms the Developer’s confidence and trust in GBplus’s execution capabilities, following the successful progress achieved during the construction of CT01 Building.
Currently, GBplus is acting as the Main Contractor for CT01 Building, where structural works have progressed to the fifth floor while maintaining the project’s requirements for schedule, quality, and construction management. Building on these on-site achievements, GBplus has continued to earn the trust of the Project Developer and has been entrusted with the implementation of subsequent project components.
In Phase 2 of the project, GBplus will continue to serve as the Main Contractor for the following works:

🔹 Substructure Construction Works for CT2 & CT3 Buildings and the Low-Rise Block
IEC Residences Vinh Phuc is a project developed by IEC Corp, featuring a social housing model on a site area of 19,355 m², with a building coverage ratio of 39.04% and a total gross floor area of over 111,000 m².
Located in Ba Thien Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc Province, the project features four 15-storey residential towers and will deliver 1,337 housing units for workers and local communities.
Against the backdrop of the Government’s strong commitment to its initiative of delivering at least one million social housing units for low-income earners and industrial park workers between 2021 and 2030, IEC Residences Vinh Phuc is more than a housing development project. It stands as a meaningful contribution to the country’s social security objectives and its long-term vision for sustainable urban growth.
Upon completion and handover, the project will become a model residential community equipped with modern amenities, not only meeting residents’ housing needs but also laying the foundation for the development of an integrated, civilized, and sustainable social housing community.
At the same time, the project will contribute to promoting green living standards, respecting and protecting the surrounding environment for local workers, while aligning with Phu Tho Province’s long-term strategy for sustainable infrastructure and urban development.
