On October 22, 2020, at the office of GBplus – 16 Le Quy Don, Ward 12, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Green Building Construction & Design Solutions Co., Ltd. (GBplus) and TOKURA CORPORATION (Japan) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Strategic Partnership & Cooperation between TOKURA and GBplus, opening up new directions in the field of high-tech construction.

According to the MOU for Strategic Partnership & Cooperation signed, the two sides will introduce each other to construction projects related to EPC general contractors, projects invested from Japan or other projects under the consent of the two parties; The two sides will fully utilize and evaluate the feasibility of the joint-operation in each project, will exchange information and data for each other on a reasonable and cooperative basis. The signing of MOU between the two sides has expanded business opportunities globally, in order to achieve optimal benefits for each party.

The objectives of cooperation are reinforced by commitments such as prioritizing the use of products and services of the other party. The parties will promote, research and introduce each other for implementation or cooperation in domestic and foreign construction packages. Depending on the specific case, the two sides will prioritize cooperation and joint partnership together, as well as will support each other dossiers, construction equipment, technology depending on the capabilities and conditions of each party. In particular, the two sides agreed to exchange staffs for training purposes within a certain period of time in order to improve the quality of human resources, exchange corporate governance experience, promote the research and application of science and technology for production and business activities. In case TOKURA invests or is the General Contractor for construction projects in Vietnam, GBplus will be selected as the main contractor of those projects.
