The Shophouse Project – Package 06, My Gia Urban Area (Nha Trang) has been under construction by GBplus since early October 2025. After more than three months of continuous efforts, the project has achieved significant milestones despite numerous challenges and difficulties during the construction process.
Notably, during implementation, the Site Management Board together with GBPLUS’s team of staff, engineers, and workers directly faced a major flood following Typhoon No. 13, which disrupted construction activities and required extensive post-disaster recovery work.
However, with a resilient spirit of overcoming sun and storm alike, along with perseverance and strong determination, the entire on-site workforce quickly stabilized operations and promptly resumed construction.
👉 As of now, the project has basically completed the concrete structural frame up to the end of the first floor and is currently casting the second-floor slab—marking an important milestone in the formation of the reinforced concrete structure.
In the coming period, GBplus will continue to accelerate construction efforts, striving toward the goal of completing and handing over the project before the Lunar New Year of Bính Ngọ.
I. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The My Gia Urban Area Project is invested by Tan Khanh Hoa KH Co., Ltd. (KVG Group) and is one of the key urban planning projects of Khanh Hoa Province. It is oriented toward developing into a modern, well-synchronized urban area that harmoniously integrates commercial–service spaces with high-quality living environments.
Within the project, the Shophouse Area – Package 06 is located at the western gateway of the city center (now under Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province), surrounded by the peaceful Quan Truong River. The project is designed and developed with European-inspired landscape and architecture, promising to become a dynamic architectural–commercial–lifestyle highlight, contributing to a new and proud symbol of Nha Trang City.

Basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems for the entire shophouse area
II. SHARING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
Although the project is currently in a critical phase with tight deadlines, harsh weather conditions, and challenges in workforce mobilization, the atmosphere on site remains energetic, united, and filled with strong determination.
Mr. Truong Van Chan – Project Manager shared:
