On the morning of December 2, 2023, GBplus, as the main contractor, officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the International School – Kindergarten. The project includes the structural framework, finishing, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems, and fire protection systems as part of the Urban Mega City Cau Do project.
The Mega City Cau Do (Mega City 1) is a 50-hectare project located in the center of Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province, developed by Kim Oanh Group and invested in by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Corporation. As the main contractor, GBplus is responsible for the structural framework, finishing, MEP systems, and fire protection systems. The project is scheduled for completion within 180 days and is expected to be handed over by the end of Q2/2024.

The ceremony was attended by the management board of the investor Thuan Loi Investment and Development Corporation, project developer Kim Oanh Group, the Mega City Urban Area Project Management Board, CONINCO supervision consultant, GBplus as the main contractor, and subcontractors and suppliers.

The kindergarten is being built on a site of more than 4,541 m², featuring a two-story design with a total construction floor area of 3,608.0 m². The open architectural design and high-end, modern facilities meet international standards for schools, emphasizing optimal space usage and functionality. The project includes advanced electrical and low-voltage systems, and once completed, it will be operated by the International School (INschool). In Vietnam, INschool, a part of the Interlink Education Organization, is a leading international-standard educational network. The establishment of this prestigious school system provides a significant utility for Mega City residents and neighboring areas.
