GBDECOR HANDS OVER THE SALES GALLERY FOR THE K-HOME NEW CITY

🔰 At the end of August 2024, GBdecor successfully completed and handed over the final touches on the Sales Gallery of the K-Home New City residential area (Hoa Phu Residential Area) in Binh Duong to the investor.

⚜️ The K-Home New City project covers 26.96 hectares, located in Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong, in a prime location described as the “green diamond” within the new city center of Binh Duong. The project is set to deliver a range of housing, including 301 commercial townhouses, 1,366 adjacent social housing units, and six apartment buildings with 1,680 apartments. It aims to provide a residence where the community can enjoy a modern, convenient living space and the opportunity for a nature-friendly lifestyle at affordable prices, especially for young residents in Thu Dau Mot City.

🌟 The Sales Gallery and model apartment include two floors with a total construction area of nearly 1,200 square meters. Designed in an open and modern style, the spacious area features floor-to-ceiling glass frames to maximize natural light. The interior includes functional areas for sales, product displays, meeting rooms, screening rooms, exhibition spaces, and event organization areas, equipped with modern technology and luxurious furnishings.

For this project, GBplus served as the main contractor, handling structural works, finishing, and mechanical and electrical systems for the Sales Gallery and mock-up house.
