On the morning of April 9, 2024, GBplus held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the Inschool International Partnership Kindergarten project located in the Mega City Urban Area, Bình Dương. This event marks an important milestone in the construction of this international standard school, adhering to the Investor’s planned schedule.
The kindergarten project is situated on a site covering over 4,541 square meters, with a two-story building totaling 3,608 square meters of construction area. It features open architecture and modern facilities, meeting international standards for schools, focusing on optimal space usage and functionality, and is equipped with premium electrical and light system installations.
As the main contractor, GBplus has dedicated resources and manpower to complete the project’s structural phase on schedule, ensuring quality and safety throughout the construction process. The Topping-Out Ceremony is a milestone acknowledging the efforts of the entire team and is a testament to the successful collaboration among all parties involved: Investor Thuận Lợi, Thuận Lợi Project Management Team, Coninco Supervisory Consultant, consulting firms, subcontractors, suppliers, and main contractor GBplus.
Following the topping-out, the project team will focus on completing the architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, fire protection systems, and landscaping with the goals of safety, quality, and rapid progress. GBplus will continue to collaborate with the Investor and partners to ensure timely handover for the school’s operation before the 2024 school year begins, promising a modern, high-quality institution that will greatly benefit the community and contribute to educational quality improvement in the area.
