On the morning of April 16, 2022, GBplus officially broke ground to implement the construction of the Structure, Finishing, and Mechanical and Electrical Construction Package for the low-rise townhouses of the Richland Residence Project complex (Thuan Loi 2 Commercial Housing Area) in Hoa Loi Ward, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province.
At the Project, GBplus is the Structure, Finishing and Mechanical and Electrical Construction Contractor for zone 3, including 51 low-rise townhouses, cooperating with the Investor, Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, and the Development & Distribution Unit, Kim Oanh Group Real Estate Corporation. The expected construction time is 180 days and is expected to be handed over to the Investor in October 2022.
Richland Residence or Thuan Loi 2 Commercial Housing Area is a land project located in the center of Hoa Loi Ward, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province. Planned as an urban area with an area of 15.46 hectares, converging a complete chain of internal and external utilities, Richland Residence also benefits greatly from the top financial – economic avenue in Binh Duong, with the potential to “awaken” residential and investment opportunities for customers with average – good income in Binh Duong in particular and the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City in general.
Previously, on March 22, 2022, the Investor Thuan Loi and the Development and Distribution Unit Kim Oanh Group together with contractors held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Richland Residence Project (Thuan Loi 2 Commercial Housing Area) including 202 adjacent commercial houses and 177 social houses.
